    Southwest-style pepper Jack soup

Does anyone know who makes this.  I have been looking for it in stores here in FL and also in WI and have been unable to find it.  Also I e-mailed Campbells and got no responce. Thanks for your help.

Yes, it is made by Campbells and is very good.  I used it in a casserole.

Campbells make it, and I used to pick it up at Kroger. They have not had it the last few times I went. I hope they still make it, I use it to make a crockpot recipe.

I just got on their website and it is still listed.   Maybe talk to the store personel and see if they are having a hard time getting it or what other reason.

I don't think I've ever seen it, but sounds so good for recipes using other cream soups.

It's made by Campbells and some grocery stores carry, but it's not easy to find.  I recently relocated and haven't been able to find it in my new city.  If you really want it and are unable to find it at your local stores, you can order it online at this website:  http://foodlocker.stores.yahoo.net/51000153913.html  It's not the most economical, but it's a guaranteed place to find it.

This soup has been discontinued.  It is such a shame because it was soooo good.  I have several recipes that called for it and now I'm not sure how I will replace it.

Darn no wonder I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Nor have I seen the Fiesta Cheese soup. I was hoping to use that as a substitute. I use in my meatloaf but I guess now I'll have to use the salsa y queso cheese dip and either leave out the egg or increase the breadcrumbs. It gives the same flavor as the soup but it has a thinner consistency.

I did finally find the Fiesta Cheese Soup by Campbell's at Food For Less and it's an excellent substitute for the Southwestern Pepperjack Cheese soup.

I was wondering why I couldn't find it in the stores any more.  I wonder why they discontinued such a good variety of soup.  I used it to make the Southwest Scalloped Potato recipe that was inside the label.  The price they have it advertised on the web site, makes it cost over $4.50 a can, which is considerably higher than I paid at the store.  It might have been over $2.00 but not nearly that high.  I guess I will have to come up with a good substitute myself.
