    Looking for potatoe side dish

Years ago my Mom made a potatoe dish. It had cream of mushroom soup, potatoes and hard boiled eggs in it. She baked in the oven. I don't know what else was in it. Does anyone know if this recipie? Thanks

    I fix scalloped potatos with....

    velveeta cheese

    cream of mushroom

    boiled potatos

sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika

add enough milk to make creamy

I bake at 350 until bubbly and browned on top

I have never had boiled eggs in it before, but it would probably be fine????

    I think I can, I think I can, I think I can do it!!!! :)
