Oh I'm wondering what sstetzel wondered...how'd it go???

Ya know you may be right about dial-up keeping some people from coming here much...but this board has always had it's really slow times...and I mean the old KC too. I'm hoping it's just that people are either enjoying nicer weather IF they are having some or off doing their own thing.

I have high speed internet and I still think it is way to slow waiting for the reply to set up.

I get tired of waiting and lurk or just move on. The old board set up will still be my preference.

da_1, one of the big internet server farms was down this weekend, so many people, me for instance, may have had trouble posting.

    Ooooooo...preeetty thread!

It has become very slow around here.

Lady Fingers---what a beautiful selection of threads!  What kind of machine do you have?   I have a 15 year old New Home Memory Craft 8000, but it still works great!   I need to get back into sewing again.

    For what it's worth,

I am still on dial-up (until 6-8 weeks from now, then we'll be on fiber optic).

I am neither  dead nor in the water and I am certainly not dead in the water.

Righto, it has been getting slower and more bring.

I thunks it Da 1! LOL

How come they can't fix it so you don't have to back-space 3-4 times to get to the main page?

I agree with Coacheswife...even with high speed it's terribley slow. It must be awful for dial up folks. I just lurk when I can most times, it's too slow to wait for pages to load or reply boxes to come and not to meniton the posts that end up in cyberspace. Very annoying.
