    R & R The Perfect Roast

This is absolutely perfec! Tender and juicy.  So easy.  I didn't even season it before cooking.  Makesure you let the meat come to room temperature before cooking bout 2 hours) during the standing time- do not open the oven door.   You'l love this method of cooking!....

PERFECT PRIME RIB OR ROAST EVERYTIME

prime rib roast with or without bone (any size)

    bottom round center cut

    Preheat oven to 550F degrees.

Make a rub of salt, pepper and garlic powder and apply to meat. Place meat in a shallow roasting pan fat side up.

Roast at 550 at 5 minutes per pound for RARE, or 6 minutes per pound for MEDIUM and 7 minutes per pound for WELL DONE.

Turn off oven at the end of cooking time and DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR FOR TWO HOURS.

At the end of the 2 hours (electric), OR 1 hour 15 minutes (gas) then  remove meat from oven to slice; it comes out perfect every time!

Works the same with Roast beef. Try it you won't be disappointed.

You sure won't regret this recipe Twink! I am always amazed just how easy and delicious it is. Because before this recipe all I could make was a roast like eating a boot - tough (to boot - pardon the BLOCKED EXPRESSION.  Since you don't cook with amercian temperatures - could you please post how you would cook it, using my directions with your cooking oven temperature.  Let me know what you think please....
