Lemon Lemon Cake
White cake mix
1 box lemon jello
lemon pie filling
Cool Whip
Make cake in a 9x13 pan according to pkg directions. Mix jello powder with 1 cup boiling water and when dissolved, add 1/2 cup cold water. Poke holes all over baked cake with a fork and pour jello mixture over the cake while it is still warm. Allow cake to cool (this can be done in the fridge). Once cool, spread the lemon pie filling over cake and top with Cool Whip. Store cake in the fridge.
Fruit Buckle
1 white cake mix
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 can pie filling
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Spread pie filling in pan. Top with dry cake mix. Drizzle margarine over the top of cake mix. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
You can also mix the cake mix with the margarine and then spoon on top of the pie filling.
Very good with blueberry or cherry.
