Hi I have 2 recipes with artichokes, they are both very good. My favorite is the 2nd one. I have never used asiago cheese, but looked it up to see what is was, figuring maybe parmesan was close to it. Hope this fits the bill. Dessert Girl

    Creamy Crab & Artichoke Dip

    • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
    • 1 cup mayonaise
    • 1 pkg crab delights immitation flakes
    • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped (used asparagus spears also)
    • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    • 1/3 cup chopped onion

Blend together cream cheese and mayonaise until smooth. Stir in crab, artichokes, cheese and onion. Place mixture in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.

    Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

    • 1 jar 6 1/2 oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
    • 1 Tbsp butter, softened
    • 1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 2 cups shredded colby/montery jack cheese
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3/4 tsp creole seasoning or one of your choice
    • assorted vegetables, tortilla chips or crackers

In a skillet, saute artichokes and onions in butter until onions is tender. Stir in spinach ad parmesan cheese; cook over low heat until spinach is heated through. Add cheese, milk and seasoning, heat until the cheese is melted. Serve Immediately.
