Maggie Moos is an ice cream chain with one location in Williamsburg, VA. I was there at Christmas and had their Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream. Do I need to tell you how fabulous it is? I have been searching for a recipe to make this. I have an ice cream maker so am familiar with how to make ice cream. I think it would involve using the cake batter, which I have made many times. If any one can help my family and I would be greatly appreciative.
