    Restaurant Style Yeast

I have several roll recipes that recommend using restaurant style yeast.  Does anyone know where I can get some restaurant style yeast???

I have never heard that term, but I bet all they're meaning is instant yeast as opposed to the kind that needs proofing.   I use the SAF instant yeast and you just throw it in.  I feel any instant would work.

Yes, I think it is called Saff yeast, you can get it at Costco. I used to bake for health food stores, that's when I found out about it. Good Luck.
