    Does anyone have a fail-safe recipe for potato dumplings?  I have a recipe, but sometimes the dumplings seem to fall apart.  Also, does anyone know why dumplings sometimes don't hold together?  Is it from over cooking or undercooking?

    I just buy the little gnocci potato dumplings. They are good, cheap and readily available.
