I love pasta salad with LOTS of fresh veggies. I make mine for all the family picnics.
1 Box of Pasta-I use the tricolored kind
1 cup each (chopped): celery, red onion, shaved or sliced carrot, cucumbers, zucchini, radish slices, halved grape tomatoes, peppers (whatever color you have on hand or is on sale). I try to get different colored veggies for the sight-appeal!!
Cook pasta as directed...I like mine firm. Let cool and then add the veggies, 1 bottle of your favorite italian dressing..I like the Zesty Italian and 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the pasta salad season mix by McCormick. I think the seasonings add a nice flavor.
Let sit in fridge so that the everything absorbs the dressing and seasonings.
