I would not use an angelfood pan, they are usually very thin aluminum.
Use a heavier Bundt pan. A Turk's Head is much like a bundt pan except for the "collar" or band and that the "identations" have a twist to it.
It is just a bundt pan wit a litle different dsign.
I bought 6 small Turks's Head commeercial pans about 5 yrs ago. There was a company on the internet that had reconditioned and new commercial pans of all sizes. One bundt cake recipes is just right to fill three of the smaller Turk's Heads. I like them because that size cake is a nice gift for single people or a couple. Don't know if the company still exists but it was called:
Twicebaked.com
If you absolutely want such a pan, try commercial bakery supply places, but I would just use a good bundt pan.
