Below is a recipe for Muffins using lemon curd as an ingredient. Change it to a bread by putting it into a 9-inch loaf pan and bake until done may 40-50 minutes. My suggestion is just to time it when you first bake it. I know that some people use muffin recipes for bread. You might want to try it. Also I am giving you a recipe for homemade lemon curd - stovetop or microwave. I just found the recipe a couple days ago. I read some good reviews on it BUT I haven't tried it yet. To buy peopared lemon curd is expensive. Hope this helps....

Lemon Curd Muffins
2/3 cup milk
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon curd
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups flour
1 cup shredded coconut meat
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 375ºF, prepare pans.
Mix all ingredients except the flour and baking powder. Add flour and baking powder and mix until just blended.
Spoon into pans and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 14 moist and tasty muffins.
Lemon Curd (Stove Top or Microwave Method) Lime or Orange Curd
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (2 to 4 lemons)
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 tablespoons butter
3 eggs , lightly beaten
2 egg yolks , lighty beaten
Directions
Stove top Method:.
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar.
Bring just to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes.
Add butter and stir until it has melted and combined.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Beat eggs into cooled lemon mixture until well blended.
Return to heat and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture thickens and coats spoon.
Remove from heat.
Cover and refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Microwave Method:.
Place butter in a large glass measure or bowl. Microwave on high for 10 seconds or until the butter is soft, but not melted. Whisk in the sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice. Add the whole eggs and yolks and blend well.
Cover with parchment paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring well after each minute.
Pour into a sterilized glass jar(s) (jam jars are perfect) and leave to cool.
Store in the refrigerator.
