Good Afternoon,
Here in East Tennessee, we finally have a sunny day after so many rainy days. I must say, though, that the rain has caused our daffodils and pansies to outdo themselves. Of course, the dandelions are blooming all over, too. I have a running battle with them.
I finished reading Patricia Cornwell's BOOK OF THE DEAD. I like her writing, but I had a hard time keeping up with all the characters in this book. It took place in Italy and the United States and involved people and victims in both places.
I also read THE SUSPECT by John Lescroart. This was an excellent book as are most of his books. A highly respected doctor is found floating in her hot tub, and her husband is suspected of killing her. They had talked of divorce, and he is the beneficiary of millions of dollars. This book keeps you interested right up to the surprising ending.
I hope all of you have a good week, and do enjoy this beautiful spring weather.

Betty
