    Sounds good D!

I make a spicy chipotle mayo that my dh goes gaga over...... we love it on burgers and grilled chicken sammies.  Take mayo, ( I use the new canola mayo or light ) a few dashes of worcestershire, minced garlic and diced chipotle in adobe sauce to taste and whisk together.  I don't have exact measurements and again it's all to taste but it also makes wonderful potato salad and is great for making a tex-mex slaw.

Hope you are doing well my friend!

    Lori
