Does anyone remember the recipe site run by Stephanie DaSilva?

It was a text only website, similar to newsgroup, with tons of recipes and I can't remember the name of it.  I got a recipe from it for Eclairs and it had a great filling recipe with it and I can't find it!

I have been a btch all my life. I am good at it.
It takes very little effort on my part, and I am used to it. Applying the same reasoning to you, I cannot understand your offense at being called stupid.

Woooooo Hoooooooooo! found it! I spelled her name wrong when I googled it earlier. No wonder it didn't come up.

I googled Stephanie DeSilva and came up with lots of recipes.  Is that the woman you were thinking of?   If so, thanks for the post.  If it isn't the right person, you might check this one out.  There are tons of recipes here too.  I don't know how to put the link in the body of this message yet (being the newbie that I am) but if you google Stephanie DeSilva, you will find her website listed.

No I didn't find the recipe I wanted. Yet. LOL, I'll post it when I do.

Yes that's the site Diana. Once I corrected my spelling and googled it again, it came right up, but thanks! I haven't been there in years and it was free the last time. Now apparently you have to pay $5.00 a year to access all the thousands of recipes she has available. The free access recipes aren't even a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of the database.

When I googled this, I got lots of sites, but none for her.  Can someone post it for me?  Thanks.

They were the regular sized ones, I just made them into minis. I've got a recipe for choux pastry (several in fact), it's the filling recipe I was hoping to find but if I don't I'll just use another custard pudding recipe.
