Wow what a great litle recipe~ I had so much fun making up a few of these~ So many possibilities here~ You just name it then make it!~ They are just perfect appy sized treats~ Baked beautifully and the best part of course is the center~ and the fact that they are "Baked"~ I vwent flying in all directions, and if I had different ingredients I'd still be flying~ The many combinations will speak for themselves, I will list them at the end of this review~ 2 important things to mention~ I raisede the oven temp to 375 and they finally browned up~ Secondly It's a good idea to keep the slices that you are not working with chilled~ With the heat here some of the dough got very sticky and hard to use~ Some chill time cured that real fast~ This recipe demands that you play with it~ I did find that by slicing the triangle into thirds was a little tricky to fill, but they made the best sized ones~ What I did was to pinch off some of the long stringy dough at the very end of the triangle and save it for patching~ Some of the bigger ones I cut in 1/2 and sprinkled the inside with 2 different kinds of flavored oils Basil and Truffle~ Great finishing touch~ For the averaged sized party (1 can ) would certainly be enough~ Try to keep the fillings dry as I tried to use chopped green chilies and the wetness from them made it difficult to use~ Bled with some crean cheese, then it would work~ Be prepared for each one to look differently, once you have made a few the process becomes very easy~ I hope a few of you will be drawn to this Playtime recipe~ Janie
