Here's a good recipe T&T from JanetPlanet over in Budget Living:
"The price of flour is going through the roof. After grocery shopping today and coming home without bread I decided to make my own. Here is a great recipe."
Food Processor Loaf Bread
1 cup lukewarm water (105-115 degrees0
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeat
1-1/2 tbs sugar
3 cup all purpose flour (I used bread flour)
1-1/2 tsp salt
combine water, sugar and yeast in a small bowl and set aise. Using steel blade, place flour and salt in bowl of food processor. pour in yeast mixture through chute, process til dough forms ball. Place dough in buttered bowl, turn dough in bowl to butter all sides (I used olive oil). Cover and let rise about 1 hour, til double in size. Punch down and shape into loaf and place in great loaf pan. Let rise til doubles (about 45 minutes) bake in preheated over 450 degrees 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. I found mine to be done by the 25 minutes so check early.
