Good Morning Dear Friends in Tea. Todays Tea Party is dedicated to 'Putting your Heart Into It'. Wherever you go, whomever you see, however you spend you time, do it with as much strength, commitment and pleasure as it will hold. The perfect tea for today is "Republic of Tea, Get Heart". I missed my daily cup yesterday and I can tell you for a fact that I felt the lack of it. This is Rooibos tea with Hawthorn leaf, flower and berries, Hibiscus flower, Ginkgo leaf, Bilberry Leaf, Rosehips and Blueberry leaf. It is one very powerful tonic and the taste is exceptionally bright. What I notice most is that when I partake of it, those little off beats of my heart just disappear and I am stronger.
Dear Grandpa is going to have another visit from Dear Friend [and Hospice Nurse] Darlene as his sufferings are too firmly set for me to weather by myself. She puts on her proffesional nurses hat and goes to work calmly and with such a comfort, that it blesses the entire household. My birthday was filled with challenge and true worry as my dear overshadowed my smile. DH and DS [bless their true hearts] took a hand in things and I was whisked off for a lovely dinner, a bit of a good country ride, a little shopping and a lovely ice cream cake. It was indeed a miracle and I am grateful for it all.. Please enjoy a good cup of tea anywhere you can and do it with your own unique smile. Your very grateful hostess and friend, Mary
