    baked ravioli casserole recipe needed

    Went to a potluck last night and there was a dish that was there that was outstanding.

    It consisted of frozen cheese ravioli's, tomatoes, spinach & onion baked as a casserole.

    If anyone out there has anything like this, please post.

    I made this for dinner last night.It's great!!
    Recipe came from TOH Casserole Cookbook.Enjoy !!!

    ~~Spinach Ravioli Bake~~
    2c. spaghetti sauce
    1pkg.(25oz.)Frozen Raviolli of your choice.
    (I used cheese kind)
    2c.shredded mozzarella cheese
    1pkg.(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach,thawed & squeezed dry
    1/4 c.grated Parmesan cheese

    Place 1c.spaghetti sauce in a greased 2qt. baking dish.Top with half of the Raviolli,mozzarella cheese,spinach & Parmesan cheese.Repeat layers.Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-50 min.or until heated through & cheese is melted.4-5 servings.
