No yeast recipes needed

    HEALTH BREAD  
    1 c. graham flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. 40% All Bran flakes
    1 c. raisins and nuts
    1 1/2 c. sour milk 1 tsp. soda
    Mix all ingredients together and bake one hour in slow oven.

    WOW, Vicki, you have found and posted several recipes using oatmeal.  I'll have to try some of them too.  Thanks for posting them.  I hope lauraine sees them too.

    Margaret,
    I hope these were what she wanted.  Most recipes had fruit and/or nuts added.  Not too many plain oatmeal bread recipes.
