I melt chocolate chips or candy bars on top of 13 x 9 cakes but this is a great and easy glaze frosting. I prefer it to almost everything, now. If you use the dark chocolate chips - it is really yummy!

CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup evaporated milk (the teeny can)
Combine chocolate and milk in small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until blended and mixture comes to a boil. Lower heat and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. (This makes A LOT OF GLAZE!!!)
