    Two Ingredient Fabulous Fudge

I have not made this yet, but I got it off of a handout that was in the gift bag at one of the Taste of Home Cooking schools I've attended.  This was on a sheet from a Pampered Chef consultant, who was recruiting more consultants.  It sounds so easy that anyone can make it.

    Two Ingredient Fabulous Fudge

1 pkg. (11 oz.) milk chocolate chips (or any flavor)

1 tub (16 oz.) chocolate frosting (or any flavor)

Microwave chocolate chips on high for 1 min. and stir.  Add another 15-20 seconds if not completely melted.  Add frosting and stir until well blended and no longer shiny.  Pour into a pan OR press between 2 pieces (12 in. long) waxed paper and flatten slightly with a rolling pin until 1/2 inch thick.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.  Cut into 1 inch squares.  Makes 72 pieces.

My comments:  When using a microwave, keep a close watch.  I have trouble with scorching in my microwave, because I guess it gets hotter faster than stated in most recipes.

Thanks for sharing his and PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY.  This recipe has been posted here and raved about many times before on our BB.   I wonder if that's were Pampered Chef got it for the TOH cooking school.  Not that I care who posted it first or where it came from, but does that mean that they try our BB recipes too when Pampered Chef has their own recipes?

I think it's neat if they do.

    Take care!
