I have a starter that will be ready for baking on Monday. Do you think that it will make that much of a difference if I bake it off tonight? Thanks for any advice!
Try it...if it's the same batter I'm thinking of, you'll still have some of it to feed & keep. It'll probably work...most of those recipes have some flexibility & it's probably had enough time to absorb the added ingredients.
I baked one a day early once. It didn't raise as much as the one I did on time, but it tasted just fine.
