I made half the recipe and baked it in an 8" square pan. This was
a delicious great way to use up leftover stuffing (and turkey). It
reminds me of quiche but with the stuffing as the crust. It really transforms leftover stuffing into a special meal. I lightened it by using all milk instead of milk and cream and I
sprinkled the Parmesan (shredded) on top after it was done since DH
can't have dairy.
Bug, thank you for posting this recipe. It goes into my keeper file!

SAVORY BREAD PUDDING http://www.holidaytable.net/index.htm
Here's an ingenious use of leftover stuffing that comes together in
just minutes. Served with a salad, it makes a great lunch menu.
6 cups stuffing (my stuffing had chopped turkey in it)
2 cups milk
1 cup cream (used all milk)
6 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
ground pepper
2 heaping tablespoons fresh sage and oregano, chopped (used dried and cut the amount of oregano in half)
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (sprinkled on top due to DH)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a lightly greased 9" baking pan or casserole dish, place the
stuffing evenly in the bottom. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together
the milk, cream, eggs, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and parmesan cheese.
Pour the mixture over the stuffing.
Bake until a small knife inserted in the center almost comes out clean, about 45 minutes
