    Belgian Club Soda Waffles

    Belgian Club Soda Waffles

     



    2 c Bisquick
    1 egg
    3 T oil
    1 1/3 c club soda
     

    Heat Belgian waffler to high. Mix above ingredients well, pouring in soda last.

    Makes 4 large waffles with very light texture.

    Serve with syrup, fresh berries, peaches, or other fresh fruit and whipped cream.

    Sounds great - do you have to use a Belgian waffle maker or can you use a regular one?

    hello - you can use any wafle maker - i only have a regular one... this recipe and pic are snapped from the web...
