    I Found A Huge Food Equivalence Chart

    I was looking for how many cups of blueberries are in a pint (2 cups) and found this huge chart while looking. It has so many items even for odd things like how much anchovy paste is in a 2 oz. tube (4 Tbsp.) Check it out.

    Oh my goodness Chefly!  As usual, you're awesome.  I can't tell you how much I'll use this.  The first thing that comes to mind, especially this time of year, is rhubarb quantities.  Most recipes don't call for number of stalks, so I'm always in a quandary.  Thanks so much!  apronstrings

    Thanks so much, Chefly!  This is probably the best food equivalence chart I've ever seen.  I'm so glad that you shared it with us :)  I know I'll be using this a lot, especially for strawberries and rhubarb.  Thanks again.

    This is just the bestest chart EVER !!  So happy you found it. It's already on my favorite list and I plan to check it out more because it also has lot of recipes that look so yummy.
