    Happy Wednesday!

    Good Morning June Friends !

Doesn't look like I'll get outside today, rain in forecast and we got some during the night too.

Yesterday, I got started in the back where Royce had all the firewood piled.  Needs a major cleaning so it can be mowed and readied for the new supply when he starts cutting.

Ultrasound went without problems (that I know of), also stopped and did all the blood work too.  Now just waiting for his call with results.

Stopped at Kohl's, picked up some super buys for the boys.  Reebok silky summer basketball sleeveless shirts and matching shorts for only $4.50 each!  They were in the clearance rack!  They are otherwise over $22. each.  Grabbed every color they had.  Also got them each a tee that is pink and says,  "tough guys wear pink",  they mentioned something a few days ago that they seen other guys wearing those and thought they were neat.

I am making chicken wings for supper tonight.  Think I'll make a salad to go with.  Hopefully I can them browned on the bbq in between raindrops.

I have to do our bed today.  Need to vacuum, that is becoming an everyday chore, both the cat and the dog must be losing their winter coats, eck, hair all over.   Gave them their flea/tick treatment yesterday too.  Good for another month.  Need to run to vet, I'm out of heartworm meds for Maggie.

Prayers going out to all who need or want some.

Of course always lots of hugs.......................patti

    Happy Fall !

I got laundry going and have gotten a few other things done since getting Dh off to work awhile ago. I have some cleaning to do this AM as well and finish my grocery list as well. I also need to run a quick errand sometime this afternoon as well.

Yesterday mom and the boys came for a visit -- We had a nice visit. :)

Today it's suppose to be in the upper 70*s to 80* again with sun and clouds.  Yesterday morning it was cloudy and cool up into the afternoon then the sun came out and it seemed to warm up quickly then then clouded back up and there was a shower that passed through the area then the sun came back out. LOL....

Mom told me yesterday that the boy's birthday party is on the 18th and will  at her house -- Hopefully it won't be raining that day so we can have it outside under her carport.

Jill~ Hope your back feels better soon.

Cherie~ Hope Kate's appt. went well yesterday.

Patti~ Hope your appt. went well yesterday as well.

Sherry~ My prayers are with you gf...Hugs.....

Well I need to switch some laundry around.........

*Waving* to everyone~~ Have a great day.......

Good morning all.  A bit hazy but see the sun and to be in 80's today.  Have a new start of care early, then off to office to do all the computer part then meet Ed for lunch then dentist.  Getting permanent crown on one tooth and he is removing filling and refilling other (just below) so only one side of my mouth will be numb.  :)  Bottom tooth filling has crack in it.  Have laundry and clean my bedroom at some point today and bible study tonight.  Ed was up 3 different times last night.  Been getting home late past two days so is really tired.

Wendy, was good to see you.   Hope you can enjoy all this with the wedding and it's not just headache and stress.  Sorry about being so overwhelmed at work.

Kim, hope the tests show what is wrong with the knee.

Margie, love the rooster/chicken.   What are you up to today?

Patti, those are some great buys.  Sorry you can't get out again.  Have a good day.

Deb, glad you had a good visit with the boys.  We have had those days where it's just cloudy all am and all of a sudden, sun comes out and it warms up big time.  Hope you have a good day.

Ginger leaves at noon to drive to my sisters.  Then DS will take Ginger to the airport, about 15 min away and Ginger will leave her car at DS's.  She is off to OK for a week.  Kristine's DF is having surgery today.  She and Scott get their puppy on Monday.  Well, need to get myself in gear and do some things before I leave.

HI everybody. Busy day for me, don't think I have time to address everybody. Have work, after work dentist appointment, then supposed to go to last Griefshare in the series at North Phx Baptist with a lady from my church. That way I won't have to borrow the last two to watch them.

Hopefully in the midst of all that I can schedule an interview with Banner for sometime soon.

FOrgot my thermos at work the other day so have to take a container of made coffee with me then take one of those thermal mugs with me, take the insert out, heat the coffee, put the insert back in the mug...otherwise have to get coffee from the machine which is not as good..

Probably won't get to swim today either, but hopefully by tomorrow. Need to cancel hair appointment also and move it to farther back, even though I desperately need haircut.

Have a great day everybody. Thanks for the prayers.

Good morning to all of my June friends.

Good to see Wendy post last night.  must be so busy with the wedding prep.

Sherry, prayers for the right decision.  So much on your plate to handle right now, bless your heart!

Margie, wow, what a post.... I don't think you missed anyone!

The ultrasound went well yesterday.  It was a training session for the nurses that needed it.  So it took quite awhile.  Kate showed Andy the pic of the baby and he said it looks like a gummy bear.  I was thinking that or a teddy graham!   She cried when she first saw the baby.  She had had a nightmare that they couldn't find it and something was terribly wrong.  All looks good, though.  The nurse called yesterday and told her that her blood tests from last week were all good.  Her urine had crystals in it, so she has to drink less milk and more water.  We have an appointment with the midwife today because the doctor is on vacation.  They'll do a pap, more blood, urine and another ultrasound for their records.  So, looks like we'll be spending the whole afternoon in the doctor's office.

I'm off today.  This morning Kate and I are driving about 35 minutes up the road to pick up an insurance settlement check.  That's from the guy hitting us on Christmas Day.  $600 to fix my bumper.  They told me they'd put it in the mail, but I'd probably never see it, and I want to use it on vacation next week..... so well worth the gas money to go and pick it up.

Well, Andy is really dragging this morning.  So, I need to go and get him motivated!

Hugs and love to you all.

    Cherie

58º & cloudy here, with rain showers moving our way. I really hope they hold off or move around us for a while as today the elementary kids are heading to Ft. Wayne to watch a Wizards baseball game, and they will be sooo disappointed if they get rained out! This is their reward for completing a reading program at school, a very popular thing the last few years, and there are not many kids who don't get to go.

I got the younger kids on the bus, then took Shelly in an hour early to help set up for the blood drive today. Yesterday she had scholarship interviews, and tomorrow & Friday she is helping with kindergarten registration -  what a week for her! She also brought home a paper yesterday with info on picking up cap & gown, senior awards night, exams, Baccalaureate service & grad rehearsal; I have a feeling the next two weeks are going to be a whirlwind of activity!!

Margie, hope you slept well GF!! Are you supposed to have nice weather today, and what are you cooking for supper?

((Patti)) glad your appt. went well. You always seem to find the best bargains; love the pink shirts!!

Deb, glad you fun with the boys & your mom! Enjoy the nice weather today!!

Jill, wow, busy day! Hope your appt. goes well! Sorry Ed did not sleep well, hope tonight is better. Wishing Ginger a safe & fun trip!! Will say a prayer for Kristine's DF.

Sherry, busy day for you too!! Hope your appt. goes well! Praying for you to get the Banner job.

Cherie, thanks for sharing the ultrasound pic; how special!! Glad Kate's appt. went well, hope today's does also. LOL at Andy!! Glad you will get your check; have a good day!!

Jan, good to "see" you! Glad John is doing well! Hope you enjoy dinner tonight - Yea, no cooking!!

Shirley, did Kassie try on her dress? Bet she looks beautiful!!!  (((Laura))) hope you're feeling better gf!  (((Kathleen))) hope today is a better day!  ((Kim)), sorry your knee is causing you so much pain; hope this dr. can help you.  (((Wendy))) sorry work is so busy, adding to the stress. Hope the next few weeks go smoothly!!  ((Jessica)) big congrats on the A!! Keeping you in my prayers.  Kara, hope you're feeling better!  Jolene, how did Casey's First Communion go? Ceeare, where have you been hiding?

Well, need to get busy, hope everyone has a great day!!

    hugs, Lisa

Good Morning Ladies. Hope everyone is having a good day so far. it's another beautiful day here, sunny and warm and the temperatures are going to be close to 80 degrees today. I'm having a good day so far, having my usual morning routine. DH went off to work, and I have laundry going in the machine. I just boiled some potaoes to make potato salad for dinner tonight. WE're also having hamburgs on the grill, and a garden salad. I did spring cleaning in the living room yesterday, and it looks so nice, and smells nice too! Today I just want to vacuum and dust in there, I was too tired to do that yesterday. I also want to give my sister a call, I haven't talked to her in about a week. I'll close for now, i think the first load of laundry is done and needs to go on the line. I;'ll be back later. HELLO to everyone. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Ladies, it is going to be a beautiful day here in Maine, it will reach to 71 degrees today, and I don't have any errands today, so will go out and enjoy planting some Assylum, Gerber Daisies, Snapdragons, (two different colors) 3 different Rock flower plants, Yellow, pink and a nice blue, so they can drap down my stone wall out front. I picked up all of my vegetable seedlings, I am hardening them off right now, can't plant them until Memorial Day, when it is suppose to be the the last frost. I stayed out until 8 PM last night, just enjoying the evening, planted my red Lily bulbs, and my Toad Lillies, and my Rock flowers, then I sat in my swing, and watched my Solar lights come on in my garden out back. It was so peaceful and quiet, I really get a lot of gardening done at night, when it is cooler, and nice and quiet.

Today, I am going to plant my planter box by the gardening shed, with white Impatients, put in my flowers I brought yesterday out front, and relax and read and take a snooze this afternoon, as I don't garden in the afternoon when it is hot, as the plants wilt from the hot sun and it shocks them. I do all of my gardening either in the morning, or when it is cool at night. We are having tuna fish subs tonight for supper, so supper will be easy. I just weighed myself, and I have lost 6 1/2 pounds so far, and I am very happy about that. I have my DD wedding to attend in Sept., so I want to fit into a small size dress, so that is my goal.

Well off to get some breakfast, make the bed, and out the door I go to do some gardening, before it gets too warm. I will do the rest of the chores this afternoon, when it starts to get warmer. So waving to everyone today, Jill, I hope you feel better, Margie, plant some lovely flowers today for me, I know you have some different flowering plants then we do up North here, like Wisteria, which I love, Hibiscus, and a lot of Southern plants we can only use as Annuals, or not plant at all, before of our cold season. Sherry-Good luck with your job, and I hope the best for you. Will post some Mother's Day recipes for all of you, things I would like to eat, of course some chocolate or icecream recipes.

    Hi girls-

It is another cool, gray day here in So Cal.  This is typical weather for June - or June Gloom as it is called, so I guess we are having it a bit early.  I don't mind at all - the heat will come soon enough!!

I am going to drop the kids at school today and then head back to Donnie and Tommy's school to help with preparations for the Kindergarten retreat, which is next week in our parish hall.  Today we will be making posters and decorations.  Should be fun.  All the mom volunteers are nice and fun to be around.

Tommy has a game tonight at 5.  I am planning on grilling some halibut for dinner  afterwards.  Not sure what I am going to make with it, except some brocolli - we have a ton of it in the garden right now.  I have never made fish before and had it in the freezer, so I thought it would be good for something different, and healthy.  I am going to marinate it in teriyaki.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful day.  I am off to go get the boys moving a little faster.  Even the promise of a stop at the donut shop on the way to school today hasn't sped them up at all - they must be really tired!!

Morning ladies.  I hope you are all having a great wednesday!  My day looks to be pretty good...dh's on the other hand...crawling in the mud to fix the washer drain.  Lucky him.

Margie--You are the sweetest!  I don't know how you keep up with all of us!

I gotta go, so I can't address each of you...but hugs and warm sunshine wishes to all of you!

Morning all! I'm feeling alot better today. I just got done making french bread and biscuts. We are having biscuts and country gravy for lunch. I'm making garlic bread and goulash (sp) for supper. Today I need to tear up the old floor tile in the bathroom. It's not going to easy cause it comes up in pieces,  I best go work on the bathroom. If I never get started I won't get done! LOL!!!
