I'm looking for a Norwegian recipe for a Chrstmas cookie. This cookie is only made at Christmas; it has cardamon in it; it is made in a form (with some kind of tool and is hollow in the center. A very good friend of mine was telling me about this cookie. She said her grandmother used to make it, but no one in her family had the recipe. I told her that I would try to find it. If you have any cookie recipe that is Norwegian, has cardamon in it and is only made at Christmas--Please help me so I can help her.
