Hi everyone, I'm new to this chat room and my questions is: My husband is a diabetic and I want to make an apple dessert. It's called an empanada which is like a stuffed cookie. You make the cookie/pie dough and you roll it like a tortilla, put your filling, fold it in half and cut off the excess. Flute it on the edge and bake or deep fry. How can I make a frosting to put on the top using Splenda? Also when a recipe calls for powdered sugar, how can I do that with Splenda?
