It's morning again so soon!   Actually, I was awake, but now ready to get up.  Looks like the sun is going to shine and a nice day will be had!

Nothing too much new - - - Alby, could you tell my paper wasn't here yet?? Hope you enjoyed your day flower looking - - -Did you go to Backmans?  I love going there, just to soak up the sights and smells!

I'm enjoying my coffee so much more these days, since I got my new pot.  I do have to admit that the black silk is just okay with me - - I don't think it has as much body as the COlumbian or the breakfast blend. At first I thought it was the pot, but now that I have the new one, I think its a smoother milder coffee.  I like the heavy duty stuff!

Dinner to night with the gals from the old neighborhood. We will be one short-one is having some heart problems and she is young, so prayers will be appreciated if you have some extra.  I called her last night and chatted with her, and she will be going to Rochester on Monday, so hope they get the ball rolling and she finds some help.  It is her family that will be catering the wedding. She has a DD getting married too, but next year.

I haven't got my humming bird feeder out yet, I need to do that, and then get my flower baskets for the porch and I'll be ready to go out there. Soon I hope.

Well, one to my day - may yours be a good one - - Thinking of Vicky, Ginny, Deb, and Liny and her DH with hugs and prayers.

    Good morning, Grannies.

Hi, JANE. You will have a nice dinner with friends, again. It's good that you all keep up the friendship. Prayers for your friend. Now, I hope you can get on to the paper. My feeder is out, but I think the hummers also think, what the heck is going on? It is only 40 degrees here, this morning.

Paper was there - Had toast and peanut butter - I'm willing to share, unless you want to wait for something more exciting - Maybe Ruth will share that ruhbarb cake she baked last night.  That sounds good to me. Wish I had a plant or two here.  I didn't try to move it from the house, but usually I can find someone to give me some.  There's a bachlor a couple of houses away, and it dosen't look like he use's it-I should ask if I could have some if I would bring him something made from it - of course, he may not like it either.

Good morning,  Kind of a slow start to the day in the GN this morning.  I'm sipping my coffee and it's off to school today.  It's  a rainy, cloudy day and only to reach 60º.  On the cool side.

I think I'll be doing some baking to use up my bananas and not sure what else.  Would love to be outside but that's not going to happen.

GREENBACK  Sorry about the young friend that's having heart problems.  I'm hoping with you that they find the problem soon and get it taken care of.

APPLE  How are you today?  what's happening with you?  please give Katie a hug from me and tell her HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!  15 YEARS OLD!!  Is she still ok with the hugging thing?

ATV  Good morning, good to see you early this morning.  Did you and your DH sleep well last night?  we did, morning just came too soon.  LOL

Good morning All!  Been up awhile and have one set of 5s done.  Now to get in gear and enjoy the rest of the day.

Greenback---No paper here in the morning. It would be nice if there was. Hope tonight's dinner with friends goes well. How fortunate you are to have so many friends to meet and have fun with.  Have a good day.

AppleK---Wish Lil Apple a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.  Such a good time in life.

Atv---I don't have my hummer feeders out as yet. Must get to that today. Will have DH do that job as soon as I make some food for them.

It is 57* going to 58*. Not too much of a rise, and it is suppose to be rainy with occasional thunderstorms. Had a few last night late. Don't know what it did in the night.  I just slept so hard I didn't know anything until about 6 am.Storm

I'm not in the mood to clean today but my house is crying out for someone to love it a little. Dusty and cluttered. Maybe another cup of coffee would get my motor running.  I'll try!  Indifferent               BBL

Good morning, Greenback, ATV, Cjay, and Stylist (hope I didn't leave anyone out).  Would have said so earlier, but my computer kept saying that the website for this group was down.  Could be something here because we got LOTS more rain yesterday and last night.  Enough already!  Yard will need to be baled rather than mowed.  More rain forecast for today, too.

Hope everyone has a great day.

I was here just after 7 but all I got was "oops, the page you requested is unavailable". So who hid the key to the door? Took until 8 a.m. for me to find it!  Not nice to do that!!!!Smile

It is a pretty sunny morning with 50* temp. But hardly any wind, so guess what is happening around here?  We have a huge pile back in the far corner that DH wants to burn. It is all the big tree limbs that the electric co. cut off the tree by the electric wires and laid out here under the snow all winter. Along with the larger limbs and smaller trees that fell over the winter in the woodlot (grove!).  Now the field is all black dirt and the corn stalks have disappeared, he isn't to worried about sparks starting a fire.

Hi Jane. Enjoy your company tonight.

Apple, is this your DGD birthday? Tell her Happy Birthday.

Nancy, you are up and about early today.

Stylist, I see all our yucky weather is out east today and for a couple of more, according to the reports. We have showers forecast for tomorrow and on and off all weekend. This is the 5th Friday with rain or snow!!!

Hi Suzi, go out for breakfast and you won't hear the house crying. That is why I'm heading outside!!!!

CJ, lets see a picture of that new room when finished.

Good morning Mimib. Have a good day.

I'll check once more before I post.

HI Debbie. I see you had the same problem as I did. It likes to act up like that sometimes. We felt the same way with our lawn, but finally got it mowed enough to look like it isn't a deserted house!

     Goooood Morning, Grannies!!

A sunny day, but a cold start. 34 ° Brrrrr

Music  Happy Birthday, Katie!Cake May you have a day filled with love and presents. GiftGift

Jane, Praying for healing for your friend.  Enjoy your dinner out.

Nancy, We have had customers at our hummer feeder. Of course the orioles visit it too. The hummer feeder is on the porchso we can see it easily, though I'm sure the hummers visit the oriole feeder too. We can't see that one so easily from in the house.

Stylist, I hope you get all the books in the right place.

Suzi, Finding the mood to clean doesn't come easily for me. But I hope it hits soon. Surprise

Cjayh, With the carpet installed it will be one more step to having that room finished. Enjoy the farm today.

Mimib, I hope you get to work on the project you want at work today.

Debbie, DH mowed part of the lawn yesterday and he got stuck. I think it was more soggy than he thought. So now there are ruts in the lawn.Sad

Grammy , Thanks for the pictures. DGD has such a sweet smile as she is looking at that special blanket.

Lily, There is smoke rising from your area again. We would invite you over to clean out some corners of the yard here, but you couldn't burn so I don't guess it would be as much fun cleaning.Big Smile

Since Lily mentioned rhubarb yesterday it put me in the mood for the muffin recipe we got from her last spring. I may get some rhubarb from BIL later and make them. Also have a quilt to work on.
