Just a last peek! I have you all beat, I'm married to a "young" fellow who will soon be 82! But he can still work like a trojan! Even if he does blow away in a breeze!

Grammy, I don't like changing clothes all day long!

    Goodnight!

MJ  I've tried different things at Cracker Barrel, but like there chicken & dumplings the best.  When we go to Tennessee we eat at Cracker Barrel or Shoney's alot.

Mary that sounds much better. Why  would I not eat cheese? I can eat anything just have to watch the sugar levels. Now the fat levels that is a different story LOL . Iam a major cheese eater.

MJ  For that recipe you melt butter, coat the pork chop with it.  Blend flour, Italian seasoning & I think parsley, coat the pork chop with that & fry in the olive oil.

I'd rather shower and change clothes than smell that stinky smoke or sweat when I've been working outside on a hot day.

I agree Suzi some 70 year old guys are great. I just can't picture him any older that 55 just like my mother will always be 39 to me. He did have a child bride though I was 7 1/2 years younger. LOL Tongue Tied

Mary I think I have made something very much like that. I do believe I used regular cooking oil though . I have a hard time with the smell of olive oil. I have a bottle and I am trying to get it used up. It is slow go LOL . I did use it on my salmon tonight though.

MJ  I don't know why you couldn't use the veg. oil.  I always have olive oil home.  Tonight I made macaroni with sauce.  After I finish cooking the pasta I always add a little olive oil to do so it doesn't clump together.  I love leftover pasta heated up with olive oil, garlic & herbs.  I make that sometimes instead of potatoes.  I know you have to watch your startches.

Well folks I think it is time for me to go. My tailbone is not liking this chair any more and my old gal is telling me it is potty time also.

Good night, MJ.  I think I'll be leaving also.  Time to lay across the bed & watch TV for a bit.  Good night all.  Prayers for everyone.

Mary I would like a dollar for everytime I have used cooking oil instead of Olive oil LOL . I always rinse my pasta in hot water after I cook it. That does not add any calories. I don't eat pasta very often because I don't seem to know when to quit eating it lol
