I Finished " The Choice " & " Dear John " Ahhhhhhhh

These are so good.

The choice was so Heart Breaking and  Heart Warming......  I had no idea a man could write with SO MUCH Expression.

And for " Dear John "   I could say the same thing.  The ending really suprised me.  I didn't expect what happened. But it was beautiful.

The book can also make you cry when you least expect it.

I am reading Dear John now. Haven't read the Choice yet, my DIL just finished 7th Heaven by, James Patterson, and she liked it.

   You'll love both of those books. Great Stories. SO Warm, Heart Breaking AND  to me HEART WARMING all at once.

   I'm reading a book called " Just Desserts " right now.  I bought it awhile ago and didn't read it right away becasue the library sent me a message saying the Nicholas Sparks book's were ready for me to pick up.

I agree, Nicholas Sparks has an amazing writing style.  Another one of his books that you will enjoy is Three Weeks With My Brother.  I had put it off for a long time because I felt it was going to be more of a bio instead of a sensitive novel.  Was I surprised.  He writes this bio with the same sensitivity as he writes his novels.  I know you will find out that he not just a great author but is also amazing father, husband and brother. 

I have finished the bio's for Hillary (a driven lady) and McCain (powerful) and have now started on Obama.    With only 19 days left of school, I expect to spend a lot of time on my porch, with a book in one hand and a glass of iced tea in the other.  Glad to have you share your interest in reading on the board.

I'm almost through with "The Choice."  I must say that I wasn't expecting what happened.  I think I have about 20 pages left.  he's getting ready to meet with the doctors.  Oh my goodness what a book.  I fell in love with his writing after 'Three Weeks with my Brother".  I have seen a couple of the movies, but never read his books.  Until this one!  Wow!!!!!
