    Rhubarb Crisp or Crunch Recipe

    I have 2 cups of rhubarb and also have some frozen blueberries and 1 qt of fresh strawberries, I would like to make a very simple crisp or crunch with these and use all of the rhubarb and what ever I need of either of the other berries.  I have some recipes but most have more rhubarb that this.  I prefer just the crunch on top rather than bottom and top but either one will be greatly appreciated.  thanks

    We have a ton of rhubarb recipes over at Recipe4Living, but these might particularly suit your fancy:

    Rhubarb Crumb Pie
    Rhubarb and pineapple mix together with lemon zest and a topping crunch.

    Rhubarb Crunch
    This cobbler is very good served warm with vanilla ice cream.

    Rhubarb Cobbler
    Adding rhubarb as the main ingredient to this recipe for cobbler makes this dessert simply fantastic.
