    my baby grl is graduating from highschool and for the first time she will be recieving straight A's she has been working like crazy for this..plus were buying her a car..nothing fancy..

    my ds is doing extreemly well in band he plays the trombone and his teacher is very impressed with him and he's doing well in school..and staying out of trouble..infact the school councelor told me yesterday that i have wonderful children and that we are good parents..which made me feel good..

     my neice is going to have her baby and day now..so i'm waiting patienty by the phone..

    my dd's friend has been accepted into a medical school she is going to school to become a gynecologist..

    I am graduating next Friday from nursing school.  I finish my intern/extern program in December and have been working since then, but I am walking at graduation May 16th.

    I get to get out of work early today, to go to my parents house for mother's day. (still have not a clue as to what to get mom.......)

    i've lost 48# since october 31st of last year. hopefully next week, it'll be 50#.

    How wonderful on all the good news.

    My good news is that I am going into my accounting final on Tuesday with a high B. My DD is getting recognized on the 18th for excellence in education her first year in high school.

    My granddaughter, who lives in Ashland, will be joining us for Mothers Day dinner at the old hotel dining room  we go to for special occasions. Since all my children live so far away, it will make it special...Toni

    Nope....gotta skunk under our front steps again....!!!

    Why it picks on our house every year has us stumped....We stopped him 2 weeks ago, but last night dug in really well....

    New Grandson born healthy on Sunday the 4th.  Mom and baby doing well!  He is #13 for us so I think we might just call him "Lucky"!

    just got back from taking DS to the emergency room to have his finger checked out again. They said it is healing well, to come back in 7 days to have the stitches out.

     

    DD is out of Marshall for the summer. The WHOLE summer, no summer class. She did very well, she thinks, this semester.  One more year, maybe.

    THanks, Rebecca, I was trying to think if I had heard of an Ashland , Oregon, but, I hadn't.

    I figured it was a long shot. LOL

    Good for your DD!! She sounds like a great girl!
