My family loves this recipe. I usually add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to recipe and have also substituted crushed ritz crackers for chips - very good!
This makes a nice (and tasty) alternative for those of us on gluten-free diets!
Instead of sour cream I use Ranch dressing
Now I can enjoy chicken strips that are gluten-free. Thanks for the recipe -- sounds delicious.
you can also try this substituting 1/2 c mayo instead of the full c of sour cream. and i would substitute corn flakes for the potato chips. my ma tante made a simmilar recipe but used the mayo & corn flakes. it was very very yummy!
