How many BR/BA do you have?

There was an ad for a house in my town that had 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 kitchens.  It was huge!  Only $695,500.

That's a mansion around here!  I can't imagine cleaning all those bathrooms.  Hope they have a maid! 

We currently have 2/1. We are about to re-do the attic into another bedroom/office area.

I would kill for another bathroom! A big one!

3,600 sq ft - we pd $60,000.  I love all the space, hate heating it & cleaning it, LOL.

We have 4 BD and 3 BA and yes,  this house is way to big for just the 2 of us.  But DH designed it and had it built 26 yrs ago when the kids were home.  It is paid for and we love the area.  Jellybean has her old moms bedroom.  The other day DD came over and said GEE,  this sure does not look like my OLD room.  TOYS everywhere.  LOL

    That house you were describing in my area would list for about a  $ 3 Million +  Of course Calif isn't sell  much of anything right now.

That house in our area would sell for about 1.75 million...just a touch above our price range....LOL.

We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, although one bathroom is in the garage and two of the bedrooms have been turned into an office and a sewing room.

I live in an old coal mining house. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  One of the bedrooms used to be a reading room when we bought it and we quickly tore it down and buit a bedroom and a bathroom in that area.  There is a toilet and shower in the cellar that no one in thier right mind would use. I have a small kitchen and nice size livingroom.  A cellar and attic, both that pretty much spans the entire length of the house.  I also have a nice size yard that the house is on and a large yard across the street.  I only paid 15,000. But, have invested lots into redoing and fixing everything.  It is not much but I love the area.  A place that everyone knows everyone and your kids can go out and play without too much worry.

Three bedrooms, but two are used for different purposes (music room and office).

Three bathrooms. One of them is tiny. 

 My house is small.  I have one and a half bedrooms (the half is my computer room) and one bathroom.

What would anyone do with 3 kitchens. LOL

I have 3 bedrooms, one bathroom.

we have three bedrooms and one in the basement that's non-conforming. we have 3 bathrooms.

I also wondered at the 3 kitchens......interesting...

we have a 2300 sq. ft home.....bigger than we thought we would be downsizing to....but it is smaller than our last home....a 5 bedroom 3 bath....

here we have:

nice sized laundry room

large 2 car garage.... 

We have 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, ONE kitchen.  About 15 yrs (and 2 kids) ago we "popped" the top & added a master bedroonm & bath over the garage after checking out the local real estate.  The size of house we needed was too expensive & those in our price range were smaller than what we had.  So we added to ours.

But about 5 years before that we added a hot tub room.  Fully enclosed, built-in hot tub.  It was directly off the spare bedroom/office.  Little did we know that spare bedroom would become a nursery!!  Our kids were the only ones who had their own personnel hot tub!  Talk about "child proofing"!  You needed 12 keys, a crowbar, and a ladder to access the hot tub!!!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have no need for 3 kitchens!  I have enough problems finding things in my lone kitchen now.  I'd never find anything if I had to look in 3!!!!

My apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms.  I use the second bedroom as an office (I'm sitting in it right now).  I'd gladly trade the second bathroom for a bigger kitchen, but such is life.

 You have the same arrangement as I have, WC.  I'd also trade the 2nd bathroom for a larger kitchen!
