How many BR/BA do you have?

The one and only person I know who has a home with 3 kitchens has 1 kitchen for everyday cooking, 1 for gourmet cooking and 1 that is scaled down to child size for giving cooking lessons to children.  I wouldn't want to try to keep 3 kitchens clean either!

We have 5 bedrooms (1 is a store room at the moment), 2 full baths, and 1 half bath.  Our house is 2400 sq. ft and originally had a big bonus room.  But we converted that into 2 bedrooms and a laundry room.  

We have 3 BR (one is now computer room) and we have 2 baths (one has become the cat's room).  Then we have a small living room, kitchen, dining room and utility.   We also have lots of closets--several of them walkins.  One of the closets I've made into my pantry--love it!   It's nothing fancy but it's home. :)

On the main level we have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath. On the 2nd level we have 1 bedroom and 1 bath plus a playroom. It is more than I can keep clean!  However, we do enjoy the space and I rarely have to go upstairs so it works well for us.

4 bedrooms/3-1/2 baths   More space than we need but on ocassion we will it up with kids/grandkids.

I do have a large kitchen, a nice size dining room and living room. 

We have a split level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms way too big as it is me my DH and DGS

we have three full bathrooms and five bedrooms, but one is used as our office.  A house like ours (brand new) is worth about $295,000 in my town.  As for cleaning the bathrooms, well, it's all in a days work.  OH, and we have a big jacuzzi tub in our bedroom, so that's another 1/2 bathroom almost, actually, that is 3/4 of the work of a bathroom!  Plus my all glass rounded shower is a LOT of work.  Sigh, did you have to remind me?  I'm busy doing housework, just taking a break.

2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Three bedrooms, one bath, toilet in basement if you are urgently in need.

Average kitchen, LR, DR, sunporch...enough for the two of us now and was fine when 2 DSs were home.  Too big = too much work.  We have many big houses around here and they can pay the enormous property taxes and heating bills from their enormous salaries!  Our taxes are high enough already  Put in a new kitchen and/or another bath and you get assessed immediately for a higher tax bill.   Our house would go on the market for about $450,00+  because of its convenient location.

I did a search in my zip code and found 15 houses that were 6 BR / 4 BA. the most expensive was $859,000. I think the next one was $600, 000. The lowest was $159,000!!! It is 20 years old...looks like a foreclosure.

I have 3br/2ba for 2 of us.

1 bedroom, 1 bath, plus a couch that converts to a queen and table converts to twin.  Fantastic view of Malibu beach.

When not in my RV, I have 5 bedrooms and 2 baths.  1 bd is used as an office and 1 bd we call the toy room.  My girls are now 12 and 15 and keep trying to rename that room as the party room ---- we have got to come up with a better name.

Would love to have a real pantry.

$450,000 for 3 bedrooms and one bathroom?  WOW, it must be a VERY convenient location.  My home is a 22,000 sq.ft tri-level that would sell for $125,000 in our small town.

Many years ago we lived in a 1,000 sq.ft. ranch with one bathroom and a one car garage.  It was on a tiny lot.  My husband had a boss from Japan at the time who told us that house would go for nearly a million dollars in Japan.  We said, SOLD!!
