Nut Cups
½ cup butter
6 ounces cream cheese
2 cups flour
1½ cups ground walnuts or pecans
2 eggs
Salt
1½ cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon butter
Cream ½ cup butter and cheese. Blend in flour. Divide into 48 small balls and press into mini-muffin cups. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into cups. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, then at 250º for 10 minutes.
