OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1 cup crushed cornflakes
6 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 375. Combine seasoning and crumbs. Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken in sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 1 hour.

ASPARAGUS BAKE
4 (10 oz) cans asparagus
3 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups cheese cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Place asparagus in sprayed 7x11-inch baking dish, layer egg slices on top and pour milk over casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top and add cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
