Sure, Star--thanks for the response--it is with a cake mix:
1. 1/2 cup butter
2. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3. 2 tablespoons water
4. 1 egg
5. 1 (18.25 oz.) cake mix. Calls for white but use your imagination of
combinations.
6. 1 cup chopped walnuts ( you can leave them out if you don't have any)
7. 2 cups semisweet choc. chips ( or any kind that is a good combination
with your cake mix.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C.) Grease a 9 x 13 inch
baking pan. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until
light and fluffy. Mix in water and egg, then stire in cake mix.
Finally, mix in nuts and choc. chips. Spread mixture into pan. Bake
for 30 - 35 minutes Cool copletely before cutting into bars.
Now my notes: I have used white cake with mint chips and devils food
with Reese peanut butter chips.
I plan on using a white mix with several differant mint and plain
chips. Use any good combination that you have..
