Good morning!!  Loving the pig howdy Margie, I like pigs lol!  I hope ya'll had an amazing weekend and a wonderful mothers day!  My guy and I went to church with his mom and had lunch there after church then we visited with his mom for a little bit!  For me mondays are ALWAYS the busiest days, because I dont do much cleaning over the weekend im too busy spending that time with my guy, so then I have to play catch up for those days on monday!!!!!!! GRRRRR and with the trips to florida I have the extra chore of unpacking!  ooh what a wonderful life, ya know I cant complain!  I am thankful for all the blessings I have!  Well besides the normal cleaning, I also have to order invitations, and find places for the guys to get fitted for the tuxs and other stuff for the wedding that I have forgotten!  We actually registered yesterday YAY us!   we got something done!  Ohh and ladies I need prayers please, as  ya'll know I had the biopsy done well that is all fine and dandy but I got a bill in the mail not from the drs but the lab, I owe almost $600 for the lab tests!  I am freaking out, we cant afford that!  So I am gonna make some calls today, and I know the Lord has a plan so pray for me to have peace and not worry and stress over money?  with the wedding and everything else gosh it just seems like so much!  thank ya'll, you woman are absolutely wonderful!  I am just extra full of joy and happiness since I met ya'll!   HUGS!!

    Good Morning June friends!

Hope you all had a good mother's day! I did. I got treated to a big KFC feast, our usual mother's day tradition. Relaxed all day... Eve we enjoyed watching the Survivor season finale. Didn't end how I thought it would, but always fun to watch!

DDs both off to school, they were both sick this weekend, coughing, sinus, etc.... Hope it's over quickly.

I have a busy week.  Need to get the trailer ready for camping. Campgrounds opened this past weekend, so it's time to go! I reserved a site for next weekend, can't wait to go. I'm working on my menu and grocery list. This week I also have a doctor's appointment, 5 soccer games to watch, take DD for grad dress fitting, needle appointment, etc... also should do more yard work...

I vacuumed and swept the floors this morning, and started laundry. Need to gather up the rest of it. I also want to organize the laundry room today. We're getting a nice soft rain, hope it lasts all day so things can grow nice and fast. But not a good day to work outside.

Hope you all have a good Monday!

    Hi again,

I ran home really quick before heading to school to help in Tommy's class.  Had to let the dogs out.  Headache is better, but not gone.  Probably will have it all day.

Hope you all are having a nice day. It is cool and gray here again today.  Not supposed to get much higher than low 70's.  Expected to hit 90 before the week is over though.

Will try to check back in later

    Smile Kathleen

Hi ladies!  It sounds like most of you had a good mother's day weekend.  DH & DD took me out to lunch and then we shopped for Rob new tools for the job he's applying for tomorrow.  I know it sounds crazy, but you can't get the job with out the tools, but you aren't guarenteed the job either.  Keep us in your prayers please.  If he doesn't get this job, then he's most likely going to south carolina or utah for 5 months and this job is only 3 hours & he can come home on weekends.

    Here's to a great week!!Paradise

Stopping in for a quick hi. I got a lot of the mess cleaned up in the basement laundry/storage room. It's too easy to keep setting things down wherever instead of at the proper place, and I can't always blame others!! LOL Also got a lot of laundry done.

The school soccer coach emailed to say soccer practise cancelled. I think DD's game might be cancelled too, they usually announce it by 4:30, been raining all day and not too warm either.

For supper I'm making porcupine meatballs over rice. For lunch I made a garden salad, cut up a piece of leftover KFC chicken over the top, yummy!

Kathleen, I hope your headache is gone soon, you are always too busy, Take a spa day for yourself!! Wink

Margie, hope you're not working too hard today, you need to rest after such a busy day yesterday. Please join our chat tomorrow night! Tuesday is mom's night at computer while kids do chores!! LOL (yeah right)

    Later friends....

Good afternoon.  Came home and had dinner with the kids.  Kind of early, but I have lunch from 3-5.  Sounds like you all have had busy days.  We've been busy at work getting rid of mother's day and setting up for graduation and memorial day.  Always something to do at WalMart!  25 more work hours until vacation.  The kids are excited!  I'm impatient!

Well, hugs to you all.  Have a great evening.

    Hi again,

Well I survived kindergarten!!  LOL  It was fun working with the kids and I enjoy observing Tommy in the school setting.   There was a fire drill this morning, so that was exciting.  I have to pick up the kids from school momentarily, but had to run home first to let the dogs out.

I am going to make a london broil for dinner tonight.  I have it marinating in teriyaki.  Will have a salad and some potatoes with it too.  Was going to have that meal yesterday but decided I didn't want to cook so we ordered pizza.

Well, I better head out to get the kids.  Have a nice evening, everyone!!

    Kathleen

p.s.  My headache is gone - yippeeee.

appintment went good. They called work to see if I could come in early so I had to go ask supervisor if they were planning on calling overtime. They decided not to so I wouldn't get in trouble for missing it. Doctors car had broken down and he had it in the shop and had to go pick it up so he couldn't have a late appointment

Still trying to catch lady from Banner. Hope I can catch her today as she is out the rest of the week on a recruitment thing. Need to get some papers signed so I can get physical scheduled and try to get into that orientation that starts June 2 if possible. I was really sleepy at work today. Had to go get a diet Coke in a bottle and that helped for awhile. Then I just had to get up and put mail away or bring more cages over or anything to be both busy and moving around.

It is 92 here today, only going to be 82 tomorrow. Very unusual for mid-May, but it will be nice.

My pastor just sent me a clipping that said that Dottie Rambo got killed in a bus crash in Missouri over the weekend. I will miss her. She sure did write some great songs.

Kathleen, glad headache went away. Margie, I never heard that about peroxide. Thanks for letting me know.

I probably will be quiet rest of day. Might try to take a nap or just go to sleep early, not sure which.

Wow......I have two big questions--(1)  Where do ya get all these great clip arts?  They're really bright and cheery!  (2)  How do ya get up so early?  LOL  I used to get up at 5:30 every morning but now that my youngests are 17 and can get themselves off to school, I stay up later and get up later.  I love the "staying up late" part but  always hate getting up too late....I feel like the day is getting away from me.

I love to hear about how you guys spend your days....they sound just like mine! ha  Cleaning, laundry, cooking, Wal-mart, etc.   Today I volunteered at church for several hours.  I made chili over rice for my hubby for lunch and made spaghetti pie and salad for dinner.  Got caught up on laundry and vacuuming...hurray!

One of these days I will learn everyone's names and families...until then, bear with me!  Thanks for all the kind "welcomes..."  how nice!

    There's always time for gingerbread!

Just another short pop in.  Hoping my computer behaves.  You all sound like you had a busy Monday.  I did too.  I had to move my couch and fix the area rugs in my living room.  That is a major chore.  Got them all straightened out and vacuumed.  Looked better until the kids came in from school.  I got a call from the doctor about my x-rays.  Didn't hear what I was hoping to hear, but at least now I know what is wrong.  I have degenerative joint disorder (aka osteoarthritis).  I am now waiting for special paperwork that will allow me to go to an off base provider for care.  The orthopedic department here is just too overloaded at this time.   I made chili for dinner.  Boy was it good.  Both kids ate better than ever.  I gotta run.
