     I've been making Better Butter for the last year, beating together 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup olive oil for a soft butter with less saturated fat, but it is expensive. I'll give your recipe a try next time not only will we save on butter and money but it will now be half the calories too. Thank you so much for sharing this tip. chefly

    Great idea- I have been spending extra money to get  whipped butter. Saves  unneccesary calories too. Thankyou.
