Good Morning,   Up last night with sick dog.   She may be a dog, but when she's getting sick, Momma is there.   Turned off alarm for gym after being up so long.     I plan to wake up sometime soon.  *grin*

<>We paid the big ticket price to see Cher in MT a few years ago.  You should have come down then!  She was wonderful..........we never regretted going to see her. It was the best concert!  And now "I" can sing "I Got You, Babe" just as good as she did!!   LMBO

I'm so sorry your baby isn't feeling well. I've been through that many times. Your heart just goes out to them because they can't tell you what's wrong. I hope she's feeling better today.

Took the kids to school,came home, seasoned a pork butt roast & shoved it in the oven. I was going to use my crockpot but that thing doesnt work very well and I want cripsy stuff on it! Yes, cripsy!

Renee-is your mower a riding mower? Whats wrong with it? What isnt it doing? I might be able to figure it out! Cant show up to look at it. My Broom blew a gasket riding over to Pooky's the other night & is in the shop!

Its cloudy and drizzly but the pvc glue has hardened. Im just giving it a little more time just to make sure. OK, actually Im procrastinating so when I DO check it out, I dont see leaks and get psssssst! LOL

 Debbie.....Cher puts on a heck of a concert, doesn't she?!   It was a 2 hour drive each way for us but we were so glad we decided to do it. 

Jackie...yes, its a riding mower.  First thing...it wouldn't start....not even "fire" so I finally drug a battery charger over to it and hooked it up....positive to positive....negative to negative.   I knew that much!  LOL   After trickle charging it overnight, I did get it to start the next day!   So hopefully, I do have that problem licked!   Now to deal with the 2 tires that are flattened to the ground.  I need to drag an air tank over and pump them up but I fear they aren't going to hold air for the 2 hours it takes me to ride around this huge lawn I have so I probably need new ones.  But I need someone to hoist it up on the forklift we have because I know the blades are in bad need of sharpening or they are going to nothing but CHEW my grass in big pieces instead of MOW it.  jI can load it up on the forklift but don't want to deal with sharpening the blades.  So none of these problems are difficult ones, just ANNOYING ones!!!   Now you probably wish you hadn't even asked!

OK then Renee! LOL I have never tried the "forklift" thing.As far as the tires go,I know your out in the sticks as far as Hardware stores and such but maybe you could get some of that fix-a-flat tire stuff that comes in a can to fix the tires. As far as sharpening blades? I"ve never had to do that YET!

Hmmmm! OK, heres the plan-make sure Robert Redfored is medicated enough to where he feels good but not in the "goofy" phase and then let him at it! LOL

Im still building up the nerve to go check the pump. Soon!

Just got back from the store and like to have froze what buttocks I have, off. It's cold.

I guess the tree guy doesn't work for the City in the rain so he's here loading up the limbs and branches. Yay, something TF won't ask me to help with.

I see by ALL of the posts that there's a party getting planned, to makeup being discussed, then onto coughing fits, sick puppies, girdles, RAIN & Storms, lawn mower repairs....EWE'S??  LOL!  You ALL just Crack me up!!  I KNEW that I was missing out on a Good Chat this morning...darn it!!  I was out with the dog and was planning to mow for the first time when it started raining...

Paulette...it's headed your way, so you'll be sewing before long..

Glad to see you here. We've missed you. Hope you'll start coming back more often. We've been having some fun the last couple/three days. It's good to have friends to share some yucks with.

 Jackie.....ALL good ideas!   I used to have some of that ick-um-puck that sealed tires when the kids were home to put in their bicycle tires since we have so many goat heads around that gave them flat tires.   But I think its all gone.  And 2 NEW replacement tires are going to mean a 30 mile trip to the nearest tire place.  You've really got MY number when you know how FAR we are away from hardware stores, etc.   So true!    But the sun is shining, its getting warm outside so I've got to make an effort to get this thing going TODAY!    I'll see if I can slip an extra pain killer in Robert's soup for lunch and maybe I'll catch him in the right mood to at least TRY to help me!

Hi, Dee!   Sounds like you had a great Mother's Day with all of the kids and grandkids.   Me, too!    I'm glad you are getting out of the lawn mowing today but since you don't need YOUR mower today, could you bring it on over to MY house?   When is that DH of yours coming THIS way and bringing you along?    Of course, I really don't expect any advance warning since turn-a-bout is fair play!   LOL

Good afternoon guys. I haven't read all the posts yet; haven't had time. I just want Renee, BJ and Depo to know that they are not the only ones that know how to party; If and when I finally get to go to the beach, I'll send pictures!!! Wish you guys could go with me. We would have a blat!! TTYL

Back in from taking my mother & her 1st cousin to get urn fillers. I ended up buying 2 more fuschia, hung them upstairs outside of the soon to be done bedroom, NOT!!!! Maybe if DH sees me decorating the deck he will get the hint. Doubt it tho. LOL!! Next I am putting the birdbath out there.

Renee, we drove 1 1/2 hrs each way to see her. It was worth every cent. My brother was bummed we didn't tell him. How were we to know he liked Cher & we bought the tickets months ahead of the show.

Jackie, I love the crispy stuff too. Everyone knows that the ends of the meats are mine, the edges of casseroles, etc. I love that.

OK, disaster averted!! DGD was crying because she couldn't get Rapunzels clothes on Prince Chraming. ROFLMAO!!!!!! Whew. Off to sit in the sun

I've been to see  Cher and Tina twice each,pretty danged good shows.I surprised one lady who loved Cher by not telling her where we were  going till I drove into the parking lot where she was appearing.Man,was that lady ever surprised and boy did she ever thank me."Oh what a night" comes to mind. Depo!!!

Busy morning here and a "not sleep good nite "  Well Dh made it in around 10am this morning.. left out yesterday eve. for Plano Ill.. ( up close to Chicago ) round trip was a little over 600 miles and no time for a nap when he got there... Fixed him a good lunch BBQ  Ribs Scalloped Potatoes and tried the Grillin Beans..     I can make better than that on a bad day... lol... I let him pick out the can he wanted to try and did have the $1 off coupon.. Hes so tired he was about to fall asleep while he was eating..  Gotta get his shower and off to bed leaving out again tonite at Midnite.. 

Well its cloudy here but I have had the house opened..72 now and the wind is picking up More rain headed our way this afternoon and eveing.. Just what we need..

Marilyn I dont have a Aldis Sale Add.. but  yesterday they had up the price of the strawberries from .99 to 1.68... Vidalla onions had a good price as well as those vine tomatoes didnt have time to look much.. Yes there is one in Marion and Carbondale and I think Mt. Vernon.. there add may be online..dont know...
