Well here is my recipe for my coconut shrimp I made last night..
Now mind you all I dont measure ingredients....
COCONUT SHRIMP
shrimp
seasoned bread crumbs
flour
coconut
3 eggs...beaten
paula deens house seasoning
oil for deep frying shrimp
Place eggs into a dish and beat well, then pour your bread crumbs and flour and coconut into another dish....dip shrimp into egg and then coconut mixture and drop carefully into oil (oil should be 350 to deep fry) let fry until golden brown and take out onto a paper towel lined dish and season with a little bit of paula deens house seasoning.......
This was so so good, my DD made it and I had to try it to see if it was any good and boy it sure is...
