Cheesy Macaroni and Broccoli Pots
Ingredients
12-oz Macaroni
11-oz Broccoli florets
2-oz Blue cheese
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp Dried chili flakes
9-oz Tub of mascarpone cheese
4 Tbs Parm cheese, grated
Cook the macaroni is salted water for 8-10 minutes. Add the broccoli to the pot for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Drain. Stir in the blue cheese, garlic and red chili flakes.
Divide up the mixture betweeen 4 oven proof plates or pie dishes. Dot the tops of each one with some of the Mascarpone cheese, then sprinkle with some of the grated parm cheese.
Place under the grill and grill fro 4-5 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbly. Serve immediately
