    Hi can you tell me what DD and DH ect stand for I am thinking on the lines of Dear Hubby but may be wrong. I will say thanks now in the hope someone can help me

    Yup, you're right on track.  DH dear husband, most times  Wink , DD dear daughter, DS dear son, DDIL dear daughter in law , etc.

     

    I know I was wondering the same thing when I first started reading these posts

     

    Oh, I'm Pat from No. Il, suddenly widowed last Sept.  I have three DS's, two DD's and two foster DD's, along with 11 grands, from 27 down to 6 month old Keith who was born on Norm's birthday and named after him.

     

    Welcome to this wonderful group, they really rally around you when needed, I know!!!!  Pat

    My DH saw one of my post and wanted to know if it ment "Dumb Husband"I said sometimes with love.

    Well some times it depends on the context! Mine can sometimes mean Darn Husband!!! But usually Dear.  LOL=Laugh out loud!
