Surprise [:O] Whatcha Cookin' for this Terrific Thursday, May 15TH?!?

    Happy WeekEnd Eve, Y'all!

Sending Good thoughts out to our very muchly missed Vacationing Pretty Patty. Cool

I've been visiting Laundry Land and have decided to take a well-deserved break to ask Whatcha Cookin' today?

Bob and I are thinking of going to the Outback Steakhouse this evening for Supper.  The roads to our local Pub are all torn to heck so that's a No Go.  I've never been to Outback but Bob has & says they've got some pretty good food so it would appear that I ain't cooking anything this Terrific Thursday.  How 'bout you? Smile

It's going to be 104 here today so I don't think anything will be cooking in the oven.  Might fry an egg on the sidewalk.

    Hi Jet!

Don't know that I have a Texas Roadhouse around here but, Thanks to You,  I *will* give a looksee to see if I do! Wink

It is amazing how much Laundry only two people can create.  OTOH, though, I do have a laundry shoot and it will hold about 2 weeks worth of Laundry so if I didn't let the Laundry shoot get filled up...Embarrassed

    Anyhoo, enjoy your Chicken sanwhich!

Does anyone know the latest location of our Pretty Patty?

Hello Krissy and everyone. Boy, Outback sounds good. Their Alice Springs Chicken is yummy! I also love their Bloomin' Onion but it is huge. Fishergirl is right - their bread is the best!

Tonight we are having soup and sandwich since we pigged out on Mexican food last night. It is nice and cool here and the sun is just now peeping out after an overcast morning.

LaundryLand calls to me on Saturday so I still have a day of reprieve.

Hope everyone has a nice evening.

I have to leave for a meeting at 6, before DH gets home, so dinner tonight is rotisserie chicken.  I was @ the grocery store just as they were being put out, so I picked one up & skedaddled home with it.

There's leftover rice pilaf from last night & DH can nuke Green Giant asparagus-in-a-box.

Hi everyone.  Outback is pretty good, if you can convince them to cook your steak properly.  The last time I was there, I ordered a filet and they cooked it into shoe leather.

Tonight will be chicken piccatta, sauteed zucchini, and garlic breadsticks.  Given the weather that's coming, this will be the last day I use my oven until September or so.

Hi Krissy and everyone else.  It's nice here, but still not warm enough.  The breeze is very cool, so don't have anything open.  I l-o-n-g for spring and some warm weather.

Tonight we'll have ham steaks spread with Dr. Pete's Bourbon sauce, done on the grille, mashed potatoes, and fresh cauliflower.  Sounds YUM to me.  We'll probably have ice cream for dessert.....Gram  Smile

A situation I intend to remedy quite quickly, I might add!  Thanks for all the suggestions and reviews, Folks.

An extra special Thank You to you, AK...I am sooooooooo glad you can hear me now! Wink

Y'all have a Super Duper rest of this day~~~
