This recipe was posted on the Recipes forum this morning. It really surprised me, because it sounds exactly like what I had last night at my card game. The only thing my friend changed about the recipe that I could tell was, she substituted chopped green onions for the parsley listed in the recipe. It was really good on the crackers she served. Don't know the brand but they were a little darker and crispier than I usually buy, and were good too.
