    Help with a pound cake???

I'm making a tiered castle cake for my daughters' birthday andI wanted to do a pound cake with strawberry filling for the bottom layer. All the recipes I find say to use tube or bundt pans. Does anybody have a recipe for a cream cheese pound cake that I can make in a 13x9 pan? or will it work to just use the recipe I have in the 13x9? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank You.

Of course it will.  You will need to adjust the cooking time for the size of the pan.  A 13 x 9 pan usually cooks at 350 for about 30 - 35 minutes.  Gently open the oven and test it with a toothpick and if it is not done just cook it a little more until it is done.
