I didn't read the whole article, but I saw a thing on the Today show this morning about this. I think it's great that they are going to try to make people accountable for their actions. It's bad enough when kids do it, but when a grown woman goes after a kid or encourages her own children to become bullies...it's just wrong.
It is not doing the things we like to do, but liking the things we have to do that makes life blessed!
